VELUX®
VELUX® provides a standard 15-year warranty on its LuxGuard and LuxGuard Plus commercial polycarbonate skylights (models CMD-, DMD-, CMT-, and DMT-), covering defects in materials and workmanship, as well as water leakage and damage from hail up to two inches in diameter. The shrink out smoke vents are covered by a 5-year warranty for defects in material and workmanship. When purchased from Logistics Lighting for a specified project, VELUX extends this warranty by an additional 5 years for the skylights and 15 years for the smoke vents (models CSO and CSOS), resulting in a total 20-year warranty for both products. All standard warranty terms, remedies, and exclusions continue to apply during the extended coverage.
Sunoptics
Sunoptics, Inc. provides a standard 15-year warranty from the date of shipment on its Signature Series™ Polycarbonate Prismatic Skylights and SVT2 Polycarbonate Prismatic Smoke Vents (models SMD and SVT), covering leak-free performance, hail damage resistance (Class 4, up to 2" diameter), and protection against leaks in polycarbonate and aluminum frames. An exclusive 5-year warranty extension is available for specific customers, bringing the total coverage to 20 years. All warranty claims must follow procedures outlined in the Statement of Limited Warranty, including submission via the online claim form at www.sunoptics.com, with support available through their Customer Care Team.

Kingspan
Kingspan L/A offers a 10-year transferable material and performance warranty on skylight products provided they are properly installed per Kingspan's guidelines. This warranty covers defects in materials, workmanship, and leaks but excludes damages from misuse, unauthorized alterations, glass breakage, or incidental and consequential damages. Liability is limited to repair or replacement and cannot exceed the product’s original purchase price, excluding shipping and installation costs. An optional 5-year extension (for a total of 15 years) may be granted if annual inspection reports, leak history, and repairs are documented, and any necessary manufacturer-approved repairs are completed. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect skylights before issuing an extension. Warranty claims must include proof of purchase, photos, and a written description of the issue.
Bilco
Roof Hatches
Every BILCO product is designed to operate to the customer’s satisfaction and to provide years of trouble-free service. Should a part fail to function in normal use within a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase, a new part will be furnished at no charge. Electric motors, special finishes, and other special equipment (if applicable) shall be warranted separately by the manufacturers of those products.
