Project Scope: 290,000 SF TPO(MA) infill overlay on 1991 standing seam metal roof, full perimeter edge/gutter replacement, skylight modernization, and enhanced roof access. Completed in 60 days on occupied facility with daily watertight tie-ins.

Challenges:
• Aging metal roof with prior repairs, loose fasteners, and weathered internal gutters.
• Large quantity of flush-mounted skylights replaced without structural modifications to purlins.
• Tight 60-calendar-day schedule from Notice to Proceed.
