After a TPO overlay, the finished curb outside often includes new membrane thickness. Ordering from an old frame size or a nominal "4x8" label without a roof measurement is the most common fit failure. Curb reuse vs new curb + screens
Reuse is viable when the curb is structurally sound, height and drainage still meet the roofing manufacturer's details, and COD is uniform across openings. New curbs are typical when converting flush-mounted or failed curbs, adding fall-protection screens, or aligning to a new membrane warranty.
