Taylon Skylights builds polycarbonate industrial skylights and UL-listed smoke vents around its white Diamond Series dome, a glazing that is ICC listed under ESR-5273 and tested to an 800 lb impact. What we carry from Taylon
ISP industrial skylights. Curb-mount units built to fit a 51 x 99 inch curb outside dimension (a nominal 4 x 8 opening) with an aluminum mill-finish frame, weep holes, condensate gutter and EPDM gasket. The 4896 ISP is single glazed with the arched Diamond Series dome; the 4896 ISP2 is the dual-glazed double-dome version with a white outer dome over a clear inner dome; and the 4896 ISPV adds a G90 galvanized vented base for buildings that need airflow through the skylight.
ULSV smoke vents. The 4896 ULSV is a UL-listed curb-mount smoke vent with a single-glazed Diamond Series dome, galvanized steel frame, 370 F fusible link and exterior manual release, built to the same 51 x 99 curb. The 4896 ULVSV is the same vent on a Max Flow venting base with rain guard and insect screens, so it provides everyday ventilation as well as fire venting. Operable smoke vents accept interior safety screens only.
Fall protection. The 4896 FPBA is an OSHA-compliant fall protection bar set in 1/2 inch aluminum cross bars, mill finish, weighing about 20 lb against 66 lb for the steel equivalent, which matters when a crew is carrying screens across a roof.

Sizes and fit
Taylon units are built to the curb outside dimension. A standard 4896 curb (48 x 96 inside) measures 51 x 99 outside, which is the size these units fit; if your curb is a different size, send the outside measurements and we will confirm whether a standard unit or a curb adapter is the answer.
