Kattsafe RL40 data sheet (rev. 1/17/2024): “OSHA Compliance Update: As of November 19, 2018, cages are no longer considered a compliant form of fall protection in newly installed ladders over 24ft in vertical height. To meet OSHA standards, a personal fall arrest system or ladder safety system is required. By November 18, 2036, all cages must be removed.”
